防爆箱是用于安装仪表设备的特殊箱体,能够在危险环境中保护设备免受爆炸和火灾的影响。 防爆箱能够保证工艺生产中的安全性,对于涉及到易爆、易燃、易爆尘等危险场合具有重要的意义。
防爆箱根据使用的功能特点区别,大体可以分为:防爆配电箱、防爆控制箱、防爆操作箱、防爆接线箱、防爆磁力起动器和防爆断路器等等。
防爆配电箱:分为防爆照明配电箱和防爆动力配电箱,根据客户的要求不同,防爆配电箱在定做的时候,需要客户提供电气原理图或者详细的元件清单。
防爆控制箱:可选用压铸铝合金成型,也可选用钢板焊接成型,通常情况下防爆控制箱内部安装的元件比较简单,且电流都不大,有复合型结构和单一隔爆型结构两种常用方式。
防爆操作箱:也叫作防爆操作柱,通常采用压铸铝合金成型,采用增安型腔体配上防爆元件。
防爆接线箱:分为隔爆型防爆接线箱和增安型防爆接线箱两种,可选用不锈钢或者钢板焊接成型,也可选用常规的压铸铝合金壳体。

Explosion-proof distribution box: It is divided into explosion-proof lighting distribution box and explosion-proof power distribution box. According to customer requirements, when customizing explosion-proof distribution boxes, customers need to provide electrical schematic diagrams or detailed component lists.
Explosion proof control box: It can be formed by die-casting aluminum alloy or welded steel plate. Generally, the components installed inside the explosion proof control box are relatively simple, and the current is not large. There are two commonly used methods: composite structure and single explosion-proof structure.
Explosion-proof operation box: also known as explosion-proof operation column, usually made of die-cast aluminum alloy and equipped with increased safety chamber and explosion-proof components.
Explosion proof junction box: It is divided into two types: explosion-proof junction box and increased safety explosion-proof junction box. It can be welded to stainless steel or steel plate, or conventional die-cast aluminum alloy shell can be used.
