Explosion proof boxes can be generally divided into explosion-proof distribution boxes, explosion-proof control boxes, explosion-proof operation boxes, explosion-proof junction boxes, explosion-proof magnetic starters, explosion-proof circuit breakers, and so on based on the functional characteristics of their use.
Explosion-proof distribution box: It is divided into explosion-proof lighting distribution box and explosion-proof power distribution box. According to customer requirements, when customizing explosion-proof distribution boxes, customers need to provide electrical schematic diagrams or detailed component lists.
Explosion proof control box: It can be formed by die-casting aluminum alloy or welded steel plate. Generally, the components installed inside the explosion proof control box are relatively simple, and the current is not large. There are two commonly used methods: composite structure and single explosion-proof structure.
Explosion-proof operation box: also known as explosion-proof operation column, usually made of die-cast aluminum alloy and equipped with increased safety chamber and explosion-proof components.
Explosion proof junction box: It is divided into two types: explosion-proof junction box and increased safety explosion-proof junction box. It can be welded to stainless steel or steel plate, or conventional die-cast aluminum alloy shell can be used.
